Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 1440p gaming + some streaming

Is my build somewhat decent or is it total miss ?

My best advice is getting an m.2 not sata ssd. 970 evo or 970 evo plus will be a bit more expensive but also considerably faster. Other than that you are pretty balanced but if you want to stream you should likely get a ryzen. Obviously a motherboard change too but at your budget you could probably get either a low end 5k series or high end 3k series cpu.
