Custom Mechanical Keyboard

Recently got this idea. I planned to make a silent mechanical keyboard (or almost silent). But I don't know where to start. I'm thinking in a 3.0 Black painted keyboard with red RGB light. 

Which is the best switches? Which layout would be the best? 

I thought for the switches could be the Cherry MX Silent Red, but don't know where to buy (in Hungary it's a bit harder to get this kind of stuffs). I know the layout have to be a hot swap one for the easier assembling.

But what do I need to watch when I buy keycaps? Or what type of motherboard do I need to buy to fit in the layout and work with the switches?

I'm new at keyboard building, so if you have any advice that could help, thank you!

I personally love the Gateron Black Inks and while they aren't very silent stock, when they are lubed the sound is very minimal and very satisfying
