Link to file Path does not exist. Check the path and try again - Outook 2013 - Windows Server 2019

Hi guys,

 

I have this weird problem in Outlook 2013 on Windows Server 2019 when I try to insert an image into my signature, I get this "Link to file Path does not exist. Check the path and try again".

I've tried with multiple accounts, even with the administrator account, it does the same thing.

 

Also, note that this works on an Windows Server 2008 R2 with the same version of Outlook.

 

Any help at all would be appreciated.
