Asus gpu tweak 2 help

Good evening, needed some help with asus's gpu tweak 2, when ever i boot up my pc gpu tweak opens not a problem i cool with that, but after i close it or minimize it i can not open it back up. every time i try and open it, it goes through the whole "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device" then nothing happens, the only way i can open it again is to restart my pc. does anyone else have this same issue? is there a way to fix this.
