Is it just my old monitor or does cs:go have some kind of a setting for colors, because my cs:go looks so dull and when im watching nip - inside the game videos from Youtube it looks so colorful.

Yes it does. Go to video options and make sure the colors are set to "Monitor" instead of "TV."
