i am trying to unlock an iphone 6 plus from att for a few hours, and am about to rip my hair out! every time i try to enter my imei into it, the page responds with "we're having network difficulties, try again later." ive checked the maintenance scedule and it doesnt say that the server should be down... am i missing something?.

 

also,this isnt the first problem ive had with att.

What web page are you trying to use, are you sure you are entering the IMEI number and not a different number, and what part of the process do you get the “network difficulties” message at? I just tried entering my IMEI number in their unlock page and was able to get to Step 2/3, entering information like name and email, so far everything looks like it’s working.

 

Edit: It isn’t the first choice with COVID and all, but if you have an AT&T store near you the staff their can unlock it for you, as long as you have met all the requirements.

ok, thanks. ill try that out... also i was using att.com/unlock which rerouts to 

devunlock page.
