Windows installed a wallpaper...

A few weeks ago, after a Windows update, there was a MSI wallpaper that was installed on my PC... only problem is that it's an ASUS motherboard.

I even wiped all of my drives and reinstalled Windows like it was a new build, but the wallpaper was still there.

I ran anti-virus and the like, and even uninstalled updates and reinstalled them.

 

Help!
