Hi guys, would you mind confirming my 10Gb fiber selection please?

One end is into a Mikrotik CSR-309 and the other is into a Mikrotik CSR-305 - ignore the Australian spelling and cable lengths

I normally use Cat6a you see.

Fiber is so much cheaper than copper when you consider the transceiver costs.
