PC Bandwidth Shaping

STARTOUCH

Ok, after watching countless Linus vid's on AMD/ASUS I decided to move forward with AMD, since only using Intel for many, many, many years. Everything seems to be working great

- except the Network connection and Sound.. I have a fairly large connection at home and when I do speed tests it starts with a big burst up to 200Mbps or so, but then it shapes

the connection down to 20Mbps down and roughly half of that on outbound traffic. Have disabled all firewall's, on auto-neg, and checked everything else, but still same results on either the 1Gig

or the 2.5Gig Ethernet port. And yes, I have plugged a laptop into the exact same connection the new PC is in, and it does full bandwidth testing with no issues, so its not the Internet connection,

something is limiting the new PC - either the networking card, or something in the software/hardware. Have tried re-installing the ASUS ROG Drivers, and does not seem to help. Also, the PC refuses to

find external speaker system..

Any suggestions would be helpful??
