Sensitivity

I've been using dpi 2000 (eDpi 4800 in cs:go) for the past 5 years and lately I found out that all cs:go pros use either 400 or 800. So I've been thinking if I should stick to my old sensitivity which I'm used to or if I should change it. I'm decent at cs:go and I practise almost every day but I don't think I'm improving. Maybe If I lower my sens I'll be able to improve again?

Definetly im playing rainbow, Apex and cs go with a sensitivity of around 800 dpi and i can confidently hit my shots with my ak. Also when you are trying to improve your aim or you changed your settings and need to accomodate to them you can use the game AimLab. You can find it on steam for free and it is really helpful. Even some pros are using it.
