Monitors turning off

I need some help.

 

I recently built a new computer and have had no issues until recently. While gaming, my monitors (I use 2) will turn off. If I turn them back on the do not find any signal from my computer and will just go off again. My computer is still working as I am usually in discord with a friend who can still hear me talking and I here him. The only way to fix this is to restart my computer, as soon as I do this the monitors work fine again and can go hours without doing this again. 

 

I have checked my GPU and it is securely in place and has only ever reached temps of 75 degrees Celsius. I have also used different cables to connect my monitors to my computer.

 

Please help!!!!!
