[SOLVED] Problem with new graphic card, pc start just once then nothing

EDIT: The problem was because of the display port cable, removed it and worked.

Hello everyone, 
I get an Inno3D 2080 to replace my gtx 1660 6GB.
The problem is that it work fine the first time, and when i shut down and try to boot : just 3 attempt from my pc to start (fans on 2sc) and nothing.
The thing is when I disconnect the power cable from my mobo it works fine again, 
I installed again my old gpu and everything worked.

I've tried to clear CMOS, clean uninstall Nvidia Drivers.

My Spec: 
P8Z77 v lx2
I7 3770K 4.5ghz
16 GB RAM 1333MHZ
GIBAGYTE 80+ Gold - P750GM Fully Modular  (Bought 2 months ago)

Anyone has an idea about this stuff ?
