Windows 10 volume 2

Hi so I wanted to do some cable management and I accidentally broke my ssd which had my windows in it. So I took it out and now I only have my hard disk. I installed windows there and now when I boot up it has Windows 10 and Windows 10 Vol 2 can I somehow delete one of them so that this doesn't show on boot?

ahhh, but which one is the right one?  you can use msconfig and change your boot drive, delete the imposter
