windows rebooting itself

so my previous windows had a few issues like the screen snip didnt work and i couldn't left click and select all in desktop
so i downloaded windows and reinstalled it
after that it was perfect
all the issues had been fixed
but then when i started a game it just rebooted
at first i thought it was nothing but then i tried again
same thing happened and i thought it was the game files

so i downloaded the game again but it happened again
then i again reinstalled windows with keep my files hoping that it was windows and not the games
but even after reinstalling it happened again
what should i do?
I just want to play some games
they worked perfectly before the first reinstall
