RAID: SL vs King's Throne

I was watching the WAN show, and saw the segment where Linus and Luke discussed the repercussions of the RAID: Shadow Legends sponsorship that got some people's collective panties in a twist, and I actually laughed at it.

I saw that video, and yes, the sponsorship was cringe, but IMO, really mild, as far as cringe goes. You gotta pay the bills, though... I considered this to be a troll by the LMG marketing team, and a funny one at that.

Imagine if King's Throne was the sponsor of the video. The LMG community would lose it's collective... Yes. This got me thinking...

Most of the ads that Google plays on YouTube are stupid, annoying, or completely unrelated to the content you're watching, targeted about as well as a North Korean missile, and honestly very, very easy to completely ignore and move on from. However, the "Game" I mentioned above has ads that are borderline NSFW, genuinely insulting to watch, for a product that should honestly be banned from Google's own play store, and if a quick goggle search indicated, might even be toeing the line on illegality in the US.

For those of you who haven't seen the ads, please, realize how lucky you truly are. The "ads" consist of the game banner with a 2d girl in skimpy clothing bouncing her tits to basically the worst music in the history of human hearing. Most of the ads can be skipped, however, it's still 5 seconds of "content" that make me wish I had a spoon present to gouge my own eyes out. This is compounded by the ad showing multiple times in longer videos, and it's worse because it will play this ad on videos completely unrelated to... Fapping? I mean, unless you're going to fap to a makeup tutorial, or JayzTwoCents, or Cleetus McFarland. Seriously, if I'm in a random parking lot during my break at work, and I pull up a YouTube tutorial for makeup, do I REALLY want to see some character showing off her tits to me? It's a horrible optic for me, my company, and quite honestly, YouTube.

I have seen videos where people have reported the "game's" creators to Google multiple times, even hundreds of people reporting the game, and Google has done f***-all over it. I just did a search, and taking the content of the result as true, there are female characters in the game that are under the age of consent in some states (for the US, not sure about the laws in Canada or the rest of the world). So, asking this theoretically, is there anything LMG could do to elevate this topic to someone at YouTube that might have a chance at "fixing" this? These ads shouldn't be shown. The "game" shouldn't be in the play store. And people who have no f***ing interest in this kind of "content" shouldn't be forced to watch some fap-game's ads play at the beginning of random videos, just because some jerk threw a bunch of money at Google to get the ads played.
