[help] VirtualBox install issues

Hi I had a issues with virtualbox that vm not working a all so I tried to uninstall and install again and the uninstall not worked so I force uninstall the program by delete whole files and reg and now when I try to install the program again it’s give me this error:

Why would you ever manually delete registry files? Without knowing what you touched I can only tell you to reinstall Windows.
