WTB Gaming/3d modeling Desktop $1500 - Help!

Looking to buy a prebuilt computer.

I'd like to run two monitors from it.
Run games like Outer Worlds and WoW.
I also need it to be able to run solidworks, inventor, fusion 3d, etc..
a 512gb ssd and a 1tb secondary drive would be ideal.

I've looked at few places such as IBuyPower, Cyberpower pc, new egg, etc..
Part of the problem I'm having is I don't know which pC parts I necessarily want- I just know what i'd like out of them.
Maybe $1500 is unrealistic, but it's what i've got for this. 

Is this an appropriate place to ask for help in choosing a FULL Prebuilt

RTX2080ti and other get from scrapyard.  just kidding. Ryzen 5 3rd gen, or ryzen 7, with that at least 16gb in two sticks 3200mhz or more. gpu depends on you. rtx3000 is still out of stock, so 2070 super will gonna work. Or if you dont need rtx, 5600XT

I tried finding some of the stuff you mentioned this clxgaming.com website but over shot my mark a little and couldn't quite match up or find everything you mentioned.

This one is getting out of my price range but has a lot of what I think I want. I had to lower the gpu and cpu a bit.
I also dropped the power supply down to a 700w which I have no idea if it'll be enough
