Can't tab in to fullscreen games

So basically I was trying to play CS:GO. I play CS:GO on 1920x1200 on a 4k Monitor. But whenever I'm starting CS:GO, I'm getting tabbed out and I only see CS:GO in the taskbar but I'm not able to open it. Same thing with every other game. I'm able to play them on native resolution (2560x1440). But I don't wanna play on native res.

 

Please help me I'm frustrated.
