Random Restarts. (Checked almost everything)

My pc is randomly restarting, it might do it twice in 3 days or once in 10 days and sometimes when I'm gaming others when I'm not even on the pc.

Temps are fine and so is the power supply.

Literally changed everything except the motherboard and CPU and I've been using the system for two days and it just restarted again. 

Please help me, I'm literally losing my mind.

I checked the event viewer and everytime time I get the restarts like 10minutes before it has a DCOM error with the ID 10016 but it doesn't restart everytime the error happens.

Unfortunately I can't test the only two stuff I haven't changed (mobo and cpu) because I don't have parts and I can't buy a new mobo just for 9 days later to turn out to be the cpu or the other way around.
