Boot problem after upgrading PSU

After upgrading to a Corsair HX1200 i've started to have boot problems, the computer gets into a boot loop, shutsdown and powers on again, I manage to get the computer to boot only after several clear CMOS. After a boot I load a bios propile and boot into windows, after a seccessful boot into windows i can use the mechine as usual like nothing happend before. This only happends after a long shutdown time, the PC reboots and shuts down and turns on without problem for short down times, I've tried replacing the CMOS battery it didn't help.

I would say check the connections on each power plug, but unless something is partially loose, not sure if that helps.

Try updating the BIOS sometime. That might be part of it. For many years I've had power problems that ended up being BIOS related.
