Question about the GPU Memory speed

Welcome all. I have question (obviously).

 

So, I want to build a new PC and for my GPU I choose GTX 1660 OC 6gb. And this is where the problem's begin.

 

I have 2 options, picked by GPU's Memory Clock. One: 14000Mhz with GDDR6, plus 1815Mhz Clock. And two: 8000Mhz with GDDR5, plus 1830Mhz GPU Clock. The second one(I believed the word is latter) is cheaper by ~15 Dollars(Plus or minus currency change).

 

So, what should I choose? Or should I ignore them and picked the one with higher GPU Clock?

(Ignore the grammar, btw)
