Microphone picking up computer audio

I'm fairly new to PC building and built my own PC, everything went well, until I tried to use my microphone, but it was picking up my audio, I've been searching for solutions and haven't found any to fix my issues. I've tried disabling stereo mix, reinstalled audio drivers, tried different ports (I have my mic plugged in through the front ports of my pc), tried out different headphones/mic. Help would be MASSIVELY appreciated.

Specs on my pc if that helps any:

Gigabyte b450 ds3h motherboard

GTX 1660

Ryzen 5 2600

Corsair 2x8 Vengeance ram

darkFlash DLM22 M-ATX case

Does the headset have Bluetooth?

no, it does have wired in the name

Have you tried plugging it into the MB?

I have and it didn't help

If you google it, others have this issue.

 

If you adjust the volume does it effect it at all, is it the drivers leaking to the mic ?

 

Or, do you have audio bleed somewhere else ?

It just goes to the mic, I've checked everything else, and just the mic picks up computer audio
