cpu oc bug on csgo

when ever i overclock my CPU and play CSGO, it lags. my screen shakes and i see other players missing their frames or moving like ghost or lag. help

although oc only 1% (3.81) everything is the same as oc 5.2ghz

but it only happens by playing on servers against bots all right

or just csgo doesn't support overcklok 10700k
