I ordered the LANCOOL 2 mesh and it comes with 3 aRGB 120mm fans (3-pin). I also ordered 3 more aRGB fans but they’re 4-pin and I’m wondering if I can connect them all to the same fan controller without any problem. Also I’m wondering if connecting the 3-pin fans to the controller will allow me to control the speed of the fans like a normal 4-pin.

(a)RGB have nothing to do with fan controllers. Fan controllers control and monitor fan speed (rpm) while aRGB controllers control RGB lighting.

Whether or not you can control the RGB on your fans with your motherboard depends whether or not it have aRGB headers and if the fans are Aura Sync/RGB Fusion/Mystic Light compatible. Look on the Lancool 2 box or the webpage. Well I did a quick look at the webpage for the case at Lian Li and I couldn't see anything about that. Look at the box for stickers that look like this image.

If the box for the case have that and your motherboard have aRGB header you should be able to connect it. If your board have 4 pin RGB headers it will not work and do not connect it. Your case should have a aRGB hub included either with a button on the case or a remote if it is not compatible.
