Possible motherboard issue.

Go to solution Solved by ahuckphin,

You can try to reinsert the memory modules. One at a time.

I am using a prebuilt HP pavillion Desktop pc, I can't really remember the model number but it has a i7-7700 gtx 1050 8gb ram and a 1TB HDD.

So, the other day, my brother was playing apex legends with his friends, at some point he got hardware banned (he told me he doesn't know why, but I think he somehow cheated). He told me he searched online and found a "spoofer", he used it and got a BSOD (I think it spoofed the drives only), afterwards, when I tried turning on the computer, I got 2 short beeps and 2 long ones, I searched online and found a "solution" where they told me to hold down the windows + B keys while booting on the pc, but that didn't work for me.

When I boot up my pc, I get the beeps and no display output.

Online I got the answer that it is a motherboard issue, so do I have to just swap out the motherboard or can I somehow fix it without having to buy a new one, thanks.
