Issue with Nginx

Im trying to setup a Small CDN. I cant seem to get CORS to work (Need to allow Javascript/CSS to be used Outside of my domain)

 

I have 2 Servers.

NGINX (serving, Ubuntu 20.04 LTS)

NGINX (in proxy mode, Ubuntu 18.04 LTS) 

 

Both have SSL.
