Discord Audio help

I have a weird issue with my Razer Tiamat 7.1 v1 headset, it drops Discord audio so I can't hear the chat, but they can still hear me. It works fine with any other headset, it's just the tiamat, and it's the same across 2 pc's with different soundcards - the 1st pc it seemed to only be when I was making changes to other audio settings (a game or in the audio settings etc.), but the new pc with an Asus Xonar AE soundcard it seems to be more often.
 

Tried setting the headset to stereo in the sound control panel, exclusive mode both on and off, i'm running out of ideas with it.
