I'm trying to get power from my corsair cv550 to my asrock b450m pro 4 and I'm confused on what these cords do

Those are molex connectors.

Sorry I'm kind of looking like an idiot here this is my first build also where would I plug the molex connectors in to power my case?

They are old format power connectors pre SATA for HDD and Optical Disc drives, maybe floppies too if I remember correctly. They are there now purely as a legacy connector just in case
