NVMe M.2 question

Hello I just have a quick question. So I currently have 2x 500 GB of 970 Evo Plus that is going to my TUF B550M mobo.

 

Is it okay to use the PCIe 4.0 lane whereas the 970 Evo Plus runs at Gen 3? Do I need to tweak some things around my bios while running an RTX 3000 series gpu?
