0 bytes transfee speed

I am trying to transfer some movie from my windows machine to my ples server running ubuntu server.

But when transfering a serie the trandfer is fine at 290mbps but after 1 episode is transfered it drops to 0 bytes fpr like 30-40seconds.

It just started happening out of nowhere any idea why?
