Rackmount hotswap server case on a budget

As an extension to the main topic of this post:

 

 

I'm looking for a rackmount chassis that has a lot of hard drive bays for my PC, which is basically a server at this point, and I'd like to rackmount it. I'm looking for a case that has hot-swappable bays. like that old Rosewill chassis that they stopped making. I have done some research but all the ones I've found have been in the US and not the UK, meaning the price would be three times higher just because of the postage. I've found some on Amazon UK, and they're rackmount with a lot of bays, but they're not hot-swappable.
