I've started to notice that my keyboard alphabets and number keys aren't working in entire Windows 10. Then as soon as I open any sign in page, there the keys are working fine. But when I check whether the keys are working or not by tring to type in adress bar of a browser again they aren't working. So I came to a conclusion that when I try to use the keyboard normally, it isn't working but when I try to enter user ID or password for any website then  it is working.

Is this the behaviour of a keylogger, if yes how can I remove that ? ( I am using Kaspersky Internet Security)  please help..!

What browser are you using and do you have any extensions installed?

If you suspect some malware run HitmanPro or Norton Power Eraser https://support.norton.com/sp/static/external/tools/overview.html?lgct=en-us

I am using Microsoft edge (chromium based).
