Most laptops will, I would look in to it more if I were you. But as long as the laptop has a display-out, then it will probably work fine.

Video out has absolutely nothing to do with an eGPU.

 

 

OP, it doesn't seem to have thunderbolt, so you won't be able to run an eGPU.
