Two esthetic problems - Windows 10

VoidThinker

1. When I use snipping tool and choose to save picture on desktop, saved picture will only be visible after refreshing desktop. When downloading picture from browser directly on desktop it is instant visible. How to fix this?

2. I have card reader and every entry is visible in Task manager - performance tab. How to hide that devices in performance tab?

Tryed that, didn't change nothing. It only happens in Snipping tool, tested with some other programs that has internal screenshot option - it works with them. I don't use snipping tool to often so it not a big problem. I even found this problem on Windows ten forums in 2016 year, nobody found solution.

Then I would enable it every time I want to use it. I guess I will have used to look that in task manager.
