Compatibility cpu/motherboard

I was looking for a motherboard for this cpu, but pcpartpicker told me about a compatibility problem even if the socket and the chipset are supposed to be ok, as far as I know. Does someone know why I got an error? Is it because the BIOS needs an update?

It will be fine. Just remember to buy a cooler for the CPU. There are better MOBOS you could go for tho.

not sure which is the incompatibility you're talking about. when I click the link, the only warnings are this:

• Warning!Intel Core i5-10600K 4.1 GHz 6-Core Processor does not include a stock CPU cooler. Adding a CPU Cooler to your part list is recommended.
•  Note:The motherboard M.2 slot #1 is listed as reserved for future use and is non-functional.
•  Note:Some physical dimension restrictions cannot (yet) be automatically checked, such as cpu cooler / RAM clearance with modules using tall heat spreaders.
