Computer Bios Setting

Hi, I want to know about computer bios setting. I have a old Asus X450CA Notebook which have i5 3337u and 4gb ram. After hard drive damage i change the hard drive and install windows 10 pro through bootable pendrive. But after install windows i saw something missing in my bios setting. In boot menu there is no fast boot and in security menu there is no secure boot option. Can anyone plz tell me why is those menu are not there? Thank you.
