3070 Corrupt Recordings?

My instant replay function recorded this corrupt mess. The audio works, but the video looks like this image. The file seems to be large enough to indicate that the data for the actual gameplay exists. I tried recording other programs and no dice. Is there a way to recover this recording? RTX 3070 is what I recorded on. When I updated to the 12/15 drivers, the recording worked fine. So the only question is really can the old footage be saved. Any help is appreciated.

Change bitrate also try using the GPU encoder on another recording program
