Black screen windows 10

Hey everyone I’m at my wits end with my pc. I’ve looked everywhere for an answer to my issue with everything I’ve tried having no luck. I’m running triple AOC 27in monitors and my graphics card is a GeForce 2060 super. I’m using display port as my connection. When I load games through steam and only steam the game will load up but will either be a black screen with audio or it will blink black with every mouse click. It doesn’t do this with iracing, tarkov or cod. Neither of these games go though steam. Any idea what the issue could be? The only way i get it to stop is to turn one monitor off and then back on. Usually fixes it.
