I replaced my old GTX 1060 6GB card with an RTX 3070 TUF from ASUS. Once I booted the system, the monitor showed no display, all the RGB lights went on, including mouse, headphones, keyboard and fans, all the fans started running and the motherboard's LED's flashed in sequence: CPU - DRAM - VGA - BOOT. And it stuck to boot, with no display output. In order to fix this, I have to reset using the reset switch, and it will boot no problem. I've tried fresh installing the GPU drivers, checking the PCIe connections, checking the PSU connections, reinstalling Windows, disabling Fast boot, so on and so forth, but to no avail. Could someone please help me?

I will mention, though, that once I use the reset button, I can boot into windows and use the PC as usual. Also, if I reset the PC while in windows, it will also reset and boot no problem. This only happens on a cold boot (after shutting it down and leaving it for a while). I've even played some MSFS 2020 and GTA V, and both ran perfect, temps were fine, no problem at all. It's just that it doesn't boot properly and it's very annoying.
