Best Camera Under $200

Hi! I am looking for a camera (preferably a DSLR, but it isnt a problem if it isnt) that I can get for under $200. I do not care at all if its used. I was looking at a used Canon TX which fits nicely in the budget or maybe a T2i, but those are a stretch. I found one for $205.

But, i can't recommend you a decent DSLR for < $200.

Old and used is probably the best way to go to be honest if you're looking for a DSLR. There are definitely some out there. Maybe try looking mirrorless?

I have placed a bid on a T2i.

I think that will be a very good option for what I'm going for and my use case.

It would be a very good option, but I'd be surprised if the bid stayed around your budget to be honest. But I would say, if you can, try to pick up a DSLR for learning. Even if that means waiting a while until you have a bit more to spend (if you don't get the t2i of course).

I bid 290 on a kit with a lens.

I worked out a deal with my Mom to go up to $350 and earn a bunch of money.

It wasn't a bad deal lol The auction ends on Monday so I think I might get it.

Nice, you'll love it. Best advice I can give for learning is to just go out and shoot and play with settings.

Thanks. I see the other ones going for around $350 so I think I have a good shot at it.

I'm going to take a bunch of pictures, though mostly of my PC since I have to repair a leaking tube and res. (build/repair log)

I always have posted pictures of it with my phone so maybe people will see it in all its glory lol.
