Windows is being very buggy

Starting last night my Bluetooth just stopped working, like the option isn't there, my speaker that I plugged in has a echo effect on every app except for Microsoft teams, and it will randomly freeze? Do I need to factory reset? Any help is appreciated. I am on windows 10.
