Need help updating BIOS for my Z390 Gigabyte gaming X mobo.  I copied the bios file from gigabyte's website onto my usb 3.0 flash drive, plugged it into one of the USB slots on my back of my mobo, loaded up q-flash on my bios and I cannot find where my file is to be able to update my bios see pic.  It shows one of my 4 SSDs and that's it, no usb drive because of course that would be straight forward.  What am I doing wrong?

btw the readme file instructions says

Usage :
efiflash [Input or Output File Name] [Command]..

   Switch options for Efiflash.exe:
/C - Clear DMI data. (default: Keep DMI data)
/S - Save Original BIOS Image to Disk
/R - Reboot System after BIOS Update
/DB- Update both main & backup BIOS

I have no idea what DMI data is, where to find it or how to clear it, nor whether saving my original bios is necessary.
