There's this ever so annoying squeaky sound coming from my PSU, not loud, but it's there.

The patient is a Corsair CX850M that's about 3 or 4 years old.

Dr. Google isn't very helpful when it comes to this kind of diagnostic.

HWMonitor goes like this. But i don't know how to read all these voltages, if it's in spec or not (aka does it need replacing or not).

I think I know what you are talking about.  I had a Corsair AX1200i.  It had a squeaky sound under load.  Found out it was the cheap fan that they utilize in their PSU.  I have a silent build and I ended up replacing the power supply.

I have a potato!
