USB/Sd Card passthrough to a android emulator (help needed)

I have been studying via an online learning program in which they have an app (for android)and a SD Card on which all the content is saved (in read only) . The app needs access to SD card to work/show content.

I want to use the app on my pc. I've been able to install the app onto LDPlayer (an android emulator) but as far as I could find there's no way for me to let the app have access to the SD Card connected to my PC. Any ideas or suggestions?

thankyou!

My hypothesis is that you can copy the contents of the SD card to a folder on your hard drive.

BlueStacks emulator shouldn't have a problem accessing the folder.

If this works, then it's not necessary to get the emulator to access the SD card controller.
