32" Display Advice

Hi there,

I'm a truck driver and also a gamer. I'm allowed up to a 32 inch display on an articulating arm. It will be driven by an HP Omen 15 with an RTX 2060. I don't want to spend over $500. I'm ok with a TV (if its got a solid response time) or a monitor, but if it doesn't have speaker, I'll also need a way to attach a sound bar. I do own a Bose Solo 5, so don't factor the cost of a sound bar in, just the mount. 

 

What suggestions do you have for display and mounting hardware?
