  1. Hi there, I'm a truck driver and also a gamer. I'm allowed up to a 32 inch display on an articulating arm. It will be driven by an HP Omen 15 with an RTX 2060. I don't want to spend over $500. I'm ok with a TV (if its got a solid response time) or a monitor, but if it doesn't have speaker, I'll also need a way to attach a sound bar. I do own a Bose Solo 5, so don't factor the cost of a sound bar in, just the mount. What suggestions do you have for display and mounting hardware?
  2. The cost of a display needs to be factored into the total cost. If I do something akin to a briefcase, a built in display is a nice to have, but not required. Also, I can't find a search function built into the forum(yay mobile), and if its old, I don't intend to spend that much time with ctrl f
  3. Budget (including currency): $2,500 Max (including peripherals) Country: USA Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Grand Strategy, Management Sims (Cities Skylines), RPGs, DOOM, might try streaming, possible light video editing. Other details: So, I'm a truck driver(new career) who's always been an avid gamer. I'm looking to build my next desktop, but have the unique challenges involved in truck life. I needs to be compact & easy to move, power efficient in a big way, and vibration resistant. I kinda like the idea of a briefcase build or something to t
  4. It seems like an amazing product. In my opinion, projector tech has lagged behind for years in terms of color saturation and brightness, this seems like a plausible solution. Still awful expensive, but compared to a TV, this actually seems like a worthwhile buy.
  5. OH GREAT WISE ONES OF THE LTT FORUMS, I BESEECH THEE ONCE MORE IN MY QUEST FOR KNOWLEDGE. So, my wife has developed an interest in streaming, but it's not for games. She enjoys the arts, specifically yarn work (crotchet, knitting) and would like to live stream her creative process and teach. She wants to be able to live stream 2 video feeds, one wide shot of her and the project, and one close up of her work as she does it. We want this to be a professional like quality. My question to you, keeping within a limit of $2000, and knowing she wants to use a be quite! Silent Base 600 what all p
  6. I have an upper limit of $200, but I would like to come in below that. I like the idea of surround sound, but I want the option to only use them via 3.5mm jack for when I'm on the go. Wireless would be nice, but sound quality is more important to me. I've listened to a few units that I liked, namely, the Senheiser 280 & 380 pro, and the Sony zb950ap. I also kinda like the Turtle beach Ear Force dpx21, but didn't like being stuck with the USB amlifier. What do you think? What would you get?
