Can it run doom?

Hi everyone! I recently got myself some scrap credit card reader/machine for free and was thinking about making doom run! Is it possible on that model? Any help helps!!!

Do you have a C compiler for that thing ? Do you know how to access it's graphic subsystem to plot pixels ?

As the other comments said, they do have tamper-protection code on them to make them harder to rig. However, if you have a C compiler and try hard enough it will probably work.
