Help!!! PC random freezes

Hello i have the following build, pc random freezes with an orange led,i need to unplug power to boot up again

asus b450-f rog strix

ryzen 3600x

corsair rm750x

msi amd 5500xt

g skill ripjaws 3200 16gb

kingstone a2000 250gb

wd 1tb

seagate 4tb

seagate 2tb

ssd patriot 120gb

corsair aio h100igtx

 

 

 

R7 5800X // Asus b450-f strix // zotac RTX 3070ti trinity oc 8gb // 32gb 3600mhz gskill // A2000 250gb // Thermaltake core p3
