i am using Ryzen Master+ cpuz and the chipset drivers are already updated

hello i have problem with my new build idle temps 47c -- 52c cpu dont underclock at idle so always the clock speed is 3.8ghz to 4.4ghz with 1.1v to 1.4v and the clock speed changes all the time like crazy i used all power plans build specs cpu:amd ryzen 3600x motherboard :asus b450-f rog strix bios 3003-AMD AGESA Combo -AM4 1.0.0.4 12/09/2019 ram:gskill ripjaws v 2x 8gb 3200 xmp enabled gpu:amd r9 380 hdd:nvme kingston A2000 psu:cooler master 1000w silent pro m cooler: corsair h100i gtx

i have the same problem idle 3,5gz to 4,3gz voltage 1,3 to 1,4 all the time temp 50 idle 70+ full load mobo: asus b450-f cpu:3600x cooler:corsair h100i gtx updated to latest bios and new chipset drivers i also changed the power plan but nothing(ryzen balanced)

i am just worried about temperatures(vrm), i have the thermaltake core p3 so no airflow
