Pc not powering up

so i was turning my pc off but i kinda was in a rush so before it closed off i pressed the power supply switch, couple hours later i try to turn it on and nothing happens. So i talked about it with some friends and they sayd that i had to try press the bios flashback button. The light lit up 3 times, so it is still getting power but it wont start up, even tried the screwdriver method, what to do now?
